I looked over on the side where it says Camera Data and soon as I saw Samsung, I'm pretty sure you took this from a cell phone. If you want better pictures try to not use a cell phone. Camera's for photography are the way to be because you can do so much more with them then a cell phone where they focus everything.
besides saying that. I would have tried to cut out the tv when taking the picture it grabs your attention then the pup. also the pup is more in the middle which doesn't catch you eye, to get a better intreasting photo try doing the 3rds.if you don't know what that is it's basicly dividing your image into 3 rows and 3 columns. and you want to try and get your main object on one of the points where the lines connect. there are exceptions such as portraits and other images. look it up since I just pretty much gave a VERY simple explination.
